Three men including a French tourist have died this week after suffering severe injuries during bull runs in eastern Spain, emergency services said on Wednesday.

Two of the victims, aged 50 and 56, were killed after being violently hit by bulls on Tuesday in the suburbs of the city of Valencia.

The most famous bull runs take place as part of the San Fermin festival in Pamplona, where hundreds of runners are chased by six fighting bulls in an 850-metre race through the city's cobbled streets.

MADRID, July 20 (Reuters) - Three people have died in the last 24 hours after suffering severe injuries during several bull-running festivals in Spain's Valencia region, local authorities said on Wednesday.
