Five Essex Walks To Switch Off & Enjoy This Spring

The clocks go forward at the end of March, and you know what that means? Spring is almost upon us. It’s the time of the year where it feels like a cloud starts to lift after the winter months, and with lighter evenings you can make the most of the beautiful surroundings Essex has to offer.

More and more of us are thinking about our mental health these days, and nothing quite beats a spring walk to shake off the cobwebs and give yourself some much needed TLC. Exercise and fresh air have long been recommended for problems with our mental wellbeing, whether that be because of going through drug rehab, having relationship problems, suffering trauma or indeed anything else that may cause stress.

Of course, you don’t need to be suffering from addiction or any kind of stress to enjoy the great outdoors, it can be great for just maintaining our peace of mind too. So, with the improved weather on the horizon, where should you be planning your walks for, whether you’re a resident of the county or just visiting.
