Business Activities:

  1. You need to provide one of the following statements
  2. A recently audited balance sheet
  3. All the documents that show your income-generating activities. (Invoices, agreements account statements, transportation documents)
  4. Trading/Investment

An account statement showing realized profits from trading/investment activities. It should be no older than 12 months from a regulatory institution.

  3. A statement from the land registrar as evidence of ownership or transfer of ownership.

Minimum deposit requirement

The minimum deposit for a corporate account is 50,000 EUR/GBP. You can choose to transfer your money in one of the following currencies: USD, EUR, CHF, JPY, CZK, CAD, SEK, HKD, AUD, MXN, SGD, NOK, and PLN. The range of currencies available depends on your account. You will need to contact the account manager for more information.

Once your documents are approved, you can transfer any amount of money that is not lower than the minimum deposit requirement. If you want you can transfer the money in parts, but the account will not go live until you have reached the minimum deposit requirement.

Transfer money to your account

Bank transfer is the default deposit method. As soon as your document is verified, Exante sends you an email with all the transfer details. Recently, Exante has been accepting payments from any banks or payment systems with the exception of:

  1. Financial institutions in restricted areas.
  2. Cryptocurrency exchanges.
  3. Financial institutions at the risk of sanctions.

Duration of Fund Deposit

The process of fund deposit can take up to 5 business days max. The precise amount of time depends on your bank, the currency in your account and intermediaries. From experience, the moment Exante receives the funds, it will automatically reflect on your account.

Safety of funds

Exante is compliant with local regulators and licensed in the regions in which they operate, including the FCA in the UK, CySEC in Cyprus, and the SFC in Hong Kong. Exante is also compliant with MiFID-II, the European Union regulatory framework for financial institutions that offer financial services within the EU.

In clearing, Exante is associated with major, EU, UK, and Asian banks, relying on Tier 1 liquidity providers. They also deal with several counterparties for each financial tool, which ensures flawless performance, and when it comes to commodities trading, trades are executed at the corresponding exchanges.
